In 2018, Monique Loviel launched MVP Coaching to guide individuals and business owners in discovering their purpose, utilizing their gifts, and achieving a life aligned with God’s design. MVP Coaching expanded in 2022 with group programs, LauncHer and MaximizHer, empowering clients to identify barriers, build on strengths, and create strategies for growth and success.

In 2024, sensing a new direction, Monique transformed MVP Coaching into Pivotal Impact, blending psychosocial models with Christian principles to foster deeper, lasting transformation. This shift introduced Christian Counseling Services, offering individual and group counseling to address spiritual abuse, emotional dyregulation, assertiveness training, and therapeutic approaches such as CBT and DBT.

Alongside these services, Pivotal Impact launched a life coaching certification and The Coaching Training Lab, an immersive cohort experience within its Coaching Clinic. This evolution reflects Monique’s expanded mission—not only guiding clients toward purpose and resilience but equipping coaches and counselors to drive meaningful change in their communities.

Specializing in individual and group counseling, Monique brings expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotional dysregulation, spiritual abuse recovery, overcoming stagnation, and assertiveness training.
